Job description
- Care staff duties at a special elderly nursing home with a conventional multi-bed room (capacity 90 people). ★ Many foreign nationals are active.
- Utilizing ICT and IoT to practice high-level expertise and work style reform.
- Night shift 22:00-7:00 ★ Short hours ★ Night shift allowance ¥8,000/shift
- OJT system available. For the first 3 months, a supervising instructor will be assigned to the same shift and provide one-on-one instruction on basic care techniques, duties, manners, and company systems. Training content is determined for each period, and duties are learned step-by-step. Depending on progress, the training period with the supervising instructor can be extended to provide individualized instruction and education.
- Transfers are possible based on performance evaluations, while confirming the individual's aptitude and wishes (other service facilities are located within the same building and nearby). #Mothers

Base salary is set for holders of each respective qualification.
