Job description
In a day service and dementia-type day service, assisting with meals, baths, and toileting is only a small part of the job. The real job lies in supporting the users' lives. Everyday companionship, such as drinking tea together and listening to memories and values while eating sweets, is also an important part of the job. Going out for meals or traveling together, and experiencing these non-everyday events, are a great joy not only for the users but also for us. By experiencing the fun and joy of non-everyday life along with detailed daily care services, it becomes a valuable job where users, their families, and staff can all share a sense of accomplishment, such as when the need for care gradually diminishes. About the company
Established in 2015 (Heisei 27). This is a complex care facility combining a unit-type special nursing home for the elderly, unit-type short-stay, day service, dementia day service, and small-scale multi-function care.
Many foreign nationals are active here, including technical intern trainees and spouses of Japanese nationals. In addition, since elderly and disabled individuals work in care assistance roles, an environment has been created where care staff can focus on care duties.
[Overtime] Basically, there is no overtime, but if overtime is worked, the allowance for overtime will be fully paid. [External Training] Participation is voluntary. The company also solicits participation requests. We encourage proactive skill development! [Events] Although company-wide events are still limited, we plan events every month to enjoy with everyone within our capabilities.
