・Cooking simmered and stir-fried dishes in a large pot, grilled and steamed dishes using a combi oven, and fried dishes using an automatic fryer. ・Preparations for the next day (vegetable cutting, stocking, etc.). The main focus is on lunch bento boxes, so the start time is early, but most of the work is completed by lunchtime, so the departure time is also early.
