We are a real estate company that handles the effective utilization of our owned properties. This job involves touring managed properties in Tokyo (share houses, apartments, hotels, retail spaces) and supervising their cleaning, facilities, interiors, and furnishings from a management perspective. ・Overall management of cleaning for common areas, individual rooms, and the exterior of the building ・Estimating, arranging work, and supervising work by facility and interior contractors ・Inventory management of supplies and consumables *Experience in the general management of renovations, repairs, and cleaning of real estate facilities and interiors is preferred. *We are recruiting personnel to carefully manage and operate properties, including refurbishing and maintaining older buildings.
