未経験からＷｅｂプログラマーへ！経験を積みながら成長できます 主にパソコンやスマートフォン向けＷｅｂアプリに関する設計補助 及び、設計後のプログラミングやテスト業務を行います。 ・プログラミング経験の少ない若い方は、４月より３か月間の研修 に参加します。研修後は、ＯＪＴにて先輩社員と一緒に簡単な設計 及びプログラミングやテスト業務から参加し徐々にステップアップ してプログラマーやシステムエンジニアを目指します。頑張り次第 でリーダー又はマネージャーへのキャリアアップも可能です。 ・経験者の方は、顧客の要望に沿って設計書を作成したり、Ｊａｖ ａやＣ＃．Ｎｅｔ、Ｐｙｔｈｏｎ、ＪａｖａＳｃｒｉｐｔ、ＰＨＰ 等でプログラミングやテストを行い新たなスキルを磨きリーダーや マネージャーを目指します。※変更範囲：変更なし

Training program content: Business skills, computer science, algorithms, information security, document creation, database technology, network technology, programming workshops, object-oriented programming using Java language, HTML/CSS, server-side technology, system development workshops
