★Scheduled to open in December. In addition to sales management, you will be involved in management such as staff training, room temperature control, and hygiene management. You will also be responsible for organizing the sales floor and processing fresh fish, creating sashimi toppings and blocks. You will also cut frozen and fresh fillets and apply discount stickers. As a fresh fish expert, purchasing based on inventory and best-selling items will be a showcase for your skills. Initially, you will learn basic technical aspects such as fresh fish names, how to fillet them, and packing, and gradually you will be entrusted with store operations. Not only product selection, but also price setting is left to each store. Such as "Big Sale! Largely featured in flyers" or "Changing to attractive packaging."
