Job description
海外技術者派遣事業に関する営業事務として、顧客対応や契約管理 、更新手続き、受発注データ管理、見積書・契約書の作成、 各種レポートや月次報告書の作成、営業資料作成、データ集計等を 行います。 また、外国人技術者の入退社手続き、出張精算、生活面のサポート 、問い合わせ対応、在留資格関連事務、渡航・入国支援、 英文メール対応や英文書類の作成補助も担当します。 社内システムへの入力や各種申請、書類管理等も行い、営業・経理 ・人事等の専門部署と連携して業務を進めます。
