We own approximately 11 buildings in Tokyo and primarily in the 23 wards of Tokyo. It is a stable and well-regarded company.

First employment is a 3-month probationary period, followed by 3-6 month renewals.
* Bonuses paid from the second year of employment (based on performance and individual evaluation)
* Salary increases from the second year of employment
* Monthly salary system after the 3-month probationary period (from ¥260,000)
* Driver's license (AT limited acceptable)
* Those who wish may work on Saturdays from 9:00 to 15:00 in weeks with holidays. Wages will be paid separately.
* Possibility of conversion to regular employee
* Record of employing foreigners (currently employed)
