Job description
Mainly visiting nursing duties in nearby areas, centered around Kokubunji, Fuchu, etc. 4-5 visits per day, with several staff members forming a shift. Vital sign checks, medical care, medication management, personal care, support and consultation for families, report creation, etc. Collaboration with medical institutions, welfare services, and administrative bodies. *The primary mode of transportation is electric bicycles, but depending on the distance and route of the visit, appropriate means of transport such as cars, mopeds, or walking will be selected. *Training and accompanying support system for beginners to feel at ease. * You will be in charge of home-visit nursing duties in the vicinity of Kokubunji City.
