Established in 1989. Located a 2-minute walk from Sendai Station, with many employees having over 15 years of service, it is an easy-to-work environment. We want to continue to be a place that inspires everyone who gathers here, both employees and customers.
This year marks our 37th anniversary. We have fully renovated the school and added a co-working space with foreign language support, enabling us to offer various services in a global environment. Our school operates on a completely monthly tuition system, providing services and learning opportunities tailored to our clients. Many clients have been with us for over 30 years and over 20 years. We also have many veteran staff members who have been with us for over 15 years. It is a supportive environment where female staff can restart after using maternity or childcare leave, and staff can utilize the short-time regular employee system for reasons such as caregiving. With a location just a 2-minute walk from Sendai Station and consistently client-centric services, our co-working space also boasts a high repeat customer rate. We are seeking staff to work with us as we continue to develop our language school, study abroad services, shared office, and co-working space businesses.

* Applicants with no qualifications or experience are welcome. Upon joining the company, you will receive teaching training from an assigned trainer.
* Consideration can be given for time off due to a child's sudden illness or school events for those raising children.
