Job description
ヒューマンアカデミー浜松校における日本語教師養成講座「実践研 修」の運営・指導業務です。受講生（日本語教師志望者）に対し、 模擬授業の指導、教案作成の添削、教育実習のサポートおよびフィ ードバックを行っていただきます。 日本語教育の理論と現場実践を結びつけ、実践的な指導力を養成す ることが目的です。あわせて、受講生の出欠管理、成績評価、講座 準備、関係書類作成などの教務業務も担当していただきます。日本 語教育経験を活かし、次世代の日本語教師を育成するやりがいのあ る業務です。 変更範囲：変更なし

Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: Essential - ・Practical experience as a Japanese language teacher (domestic or international) ・Specialized knowledge regarding Japanese language education (grammar, phonetics, teaching methods, etc.) ・If you have instructional experience in training courses or educational practice, that is preferred
