Job description
As staff in the Head Office Management Group, you will perform a wide range of duties. In addition to back-office tasks such as accounting and general affairs, you may also be required to work at the heliport during the summer due to helicopter transportation of supplies to mountain huts. In the winter, you may also be assigned as kitchen staff at the ski resort. While your primary department will be determined based on your experience and aptitude, as this is a small company, you will be involved in various tasks beyond just administrative work. About the company
Summer: Operates 7 mountain lodges in the Hakuba-dake area, including Hakuba Sanso and Goryu Sanso. Winter: Operates ski lifts, restaurants, and rest houses at the Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort, Kane no Naru Oka slope.

As a head office staff member, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties beyond just administrative tasks. The work is diverse and involves some physical labor. It is a workplace with good communication, where you are close to management such as the President and Senior Managing Director. During busy periods, monthly days off are 5-6 days, but during slow periods, you can take 16 days of vacation (11 consecutive days) (based on this year's actual results). A desktop computer will be provided. Recently, there has been an increase in performing tasks using AI. Some employees over 70 years old are still working energetically.
