About the company
To improve the economic position of the cooperative through joint purchasing via a business cooperative. As a separate business, we are licensed as an administrator organization that accepts foreign technical interns. There will be business trips to Southeast Asia for intern interviews.
A business cooperative was established by four social welfare corporations to jointly purchase goods and accept technical interns at care sites, thereby transferring advanced Japanese caregiving skills.
In 2019, four social welfare corporations invested to establish the Hiroshima Unicare Business Cooperative to secure human resources in caregiving. Currently, over 10 corporations have joined, and we are accepting over 50 individuals. As a cooperative, we support the regional caregiving industry and other related operations through our support for social welfare corporations, operating for the benefit of the region and for the corporations. While we are still inexperienced and face challenges, we believe that utilizing foreign human resources will be essential in all industries going forward. We aim to be a bridge that creates a win-win situation for both accepting corporations and foreign nationals.
