We are looking for a team leader candidate to support our dispatched staff nationwide, ensuring they can work with peace of mind on their workdays. ・Responding to inquiries from staff (inbound/outbound) ・Providing directions to workplaces and following up in case of lateness ・Reporting daily attendance to companies (by phone) ・Simple PC data entry into the system ・Supporting and checking the work of team members ・Training new members <Scope of Change: Duties determined by the company> A manager will be stationed on-site to provide ongoing support. *Leader allowance provided (interview required) *No sales quotas, new business development, or appointment setting required.
