A growing venture company with ¥1 billion in sales in its 5th year of establishment. The majority of full-time employees are foreign nationals, but all converse in Japanese.
The office is located in a building directly connected to the station, making it a convenient workplace even on days with bad weather. Until now, the focus has been on responding to existing customers and improving satisfaction, but we are establishing a department specializing in new client acquisition sales to dispatch staff. The opportunity to be involved in creating a new department is not very common. Therefore, we want you to come up with ideas based on your own vision, such as "If it were me, I would do this" or "It would be better if we had this kind of system," and put them into practice.

* Bonus: System in place, actual results in previous year, 1 payment per year, 1-4 months bonus
* The majority of our full-time employees are foreign nationals. However, our clients are Japanese companies, so all daily conversations and document creation will be in Japanese (including Kanji and Katakana).
* Foreign nationals wishing to become full-time employees must have N2 level or higher Japanese proficiency in addition to the required PC skills.
