Job description
建設・土木工事の現場作業を担当していただきます。主な業務は、 鋼矢板打込・引抜、山留組立、各種基礎工事など、工事の“はじま り”を支える仕事です。当社は「はじめにはつり」をコンセプトに 、地域の街づくりやインフラ整備に携わっています。解体工事やリ サイクル事業も行っており、工事のスタートから資源循環まで幅広 く取り組んでいます。特殊重機を約１００台保有し、他ではあまり 経験できない工事に携われるのも特徴です。必要な資格は入社後に 取得可能で、費用は会社が全額負担します。未経験者も歓迎してお り、先輩社員が丁寧にサポートします。２０代～８０代まで幅広い 世代が活躍中で、現場では声を掛け合いながら仕事を進めています 。自分に合った仕事や役割を見つけながら、長く働ける環境です。
