- 弊社は機械部品の製作、プラント設備品の製作、建築金物の製作 を行っております。 ・図面を元に鉄やステンレスの素材の切断、穴あけ、曲げ等の加工 を行っていただく方を募集します。その中でも特に長尺加工機（長 尺材に穴あけやタップ、キー溝等を加工するＮＣ加工機）を使って 加工する物が多いので、まずはこの機械のオペレーターになること を目指してください。 ・仕事に慣れたら他の機械を使用しての加工や溶接や吹付塗装等、 製缶に関する他のことにもチャレンジして仕事の幅を広げていただ くことは可能です。 〈トライアル雇用併用求人〉 変更範囲；変更なし

The training program is also available to non-regular employees.
Training program details: Training is conducted on an as-needed basis. For example, if you are assigned to a welding process, you will attend the minimum required courses such as arc welding and gas welding. After that, you will receive training as needed when obtaining national qualifications or taking on instructional roles.
If you use the company-designated cafeteria meal service, a 50% subsidy is available.
