Job description
Inside JFE Engineering's Tsu Works, we perform assembly and welding work for steel bridges.
The work is divided between installation technicians who accurately assemble large panels and small parts manufactured in the previous process by looking at blueprints, and welding technicians who join parts of the products assembled by the installation technicians using semi-automatic arc welding.
To complete a single product, one person cannot do it alone, so you will join our internal team and learn the procedures one by one while working collaboratively with senior employees.
Also, as the products are heavy, a crane operator qualification and related arc welding qualifications are essential for proceeding with the work, so you will systematically obtain these qualifications after joining the company.

About the company
We are a Tier 1 subcontractor for JFE Engineering. We perform assembly and welding work for the factory production of steel bridges and port steel structures.
As quality demands for steel structures are increasing year by year, we aim to become the top skilled group in the industry through individual skill improvement and teamwork.
We await applications from those who wish to work in local Tsu City.
Our primary consideration is for young individuals to apply, learn our work, and be active with us for a long time.
Furthermore, if there are applicants who are involved in the production of other products and already possess the necessary skills, we will discuss separate conditions.
Our company is located within JFE Engineering Tsu Works, and we have been responsible for the final metal processing stage, "large assembly," for 40 years since 1988.
In the production of steel bridges, there are unique production methods and quality levels that must be passed down while making improvements.
Additionally, our company has 6 cooperating companies participating, but there is a current situation with a high turnover rate due to a large proportion of foreign nationals.
For those who apply this time, we will provide as much support as possible, such as skill-up training and qualification acquisition, so that they can quickly become active as instructors for the employees of the changing subcontractors and as inheritors of skills for the next generation. Please come and see our workplace.
