Job description
- 未経験からプログラマーへ!実践の中でスキルが身につきます* 主にスマホやパソコンなど、アプリの設計の補助作業を行ったり、 設計後のプログラミングやテストを実施します。 ・プログラミングの経験が少ない若い方は、専門の講師による 3か月間の研修に参加します。その後のOJTでは、先輩社員と 一緒に簡単な設計及びプログラミングやテストから参加し、徐々に スキルアップしPGやSEを目指します。将来的には頑張り次第で リーダー又はマネージャーを目指す事も可能です。 ・経験者の方は、顧客の要望に沿って設計書を作成したり、 JavaやC#.Net、Python、PHP、JavaSc ript等でプログラミングやテストを行い新たなスキルを磨き リーダーやマネージャーを目指します

Training program content: Business skills, computer science, algorithms, information security, document creation, database technology, network technology, programming workshops, object-oriented programming using Java language, HTML/CSS, server-side technology, system development workshops
