外国人観光客向けの歴史・文化ウォーキングツアーを運営する会社 で、ツアー運営管理およびバックオフィス業務を担当していただき ます。
- 変更範囲：変更なし ・広島、宮島、長崎で実施するツアーの予約状況をＯＴＡで確認し 、ガイドの手配・スケジュール調整 ・ガイドの手配状況に応じたツアーの調整、予約済みのお客様への 電話・メール・チャットでの英語対応、時間変更等の調整 ・フリーランスガイドの募集、応募者対応、面接日程の調整、採用 決定後の連絡や研修・資料送付等のサポート ・経費・小口現金管理、備品購入、総務関連業務 ・その他、ツアー運営に関する事務業務
- 外国人代表者やガイドとの連絡・調整は英語で行います。

About the company
外国人観光客向けのウォーキングツアー（インバウンドツアー）の 企画・運営、およびガイド業務。現在は広島・宮島・長崎を中心に 展開。

当社は代表社員１名の小さな会社ですが、広島・宮島・長崎を中心 に、訪日外国人のお客様向けの歴史・文化ツアーを提供しています 。今後は大阪や高知など、他の地域への事業展開も予定しています 。 今回は、ツアー運営を支えるバックオフィススタッフを募集します 。日本語と英語の両方を堪能に使える方、東広島市西条町の事務所 へ週２～３日程度通勤できる方を歓迎します。新しい業務を覚える のが早く、複数の業務を同時に進めながら、状況に応じて優先順位 をつけて柔軟に対応できる方を求めています。 少人数の会社のため、代表社員と近い距離で相談しながら仕事を進 めることができます。会社の成長を身近に感じながら、一緒に事業 を広げてくださる方のご応募をお待ちしています。
- 外国籍の方は、事業運営上必要な在留資格等の条件を満たす方が 対象となります。
- 勤務状況や適性等を考慮し、将来的に正社員登用の可能性があり ます。
