Job description
We support your desire to gain experience. This is an environment where you can grow as a construction manager on a wide range of sites, including waterproofing, exterior walls, interior finishing, and large-scale renovations. You will be responsible for construction management duties in building repair and renovation work. We also welcome those who are concerned about having limited experience!
* Renovation work includes: Exterior wall painting, waterproofing, interior finishing, etc.
* Specific job duties:
* Site schedule, quality, and safety management
* Taking photos and creating reports

After joining the company, you will start by supporting senior employees. We will train you over approximately 6 months to 1 year so you can manage your own sites. Since each site is different, you will continuously acquire skills as a construction manager.
