* All duties related to the Technical Intern Training Program and the New Program for Skilled Workers * Regular visits to union members (confirming current status and holding meetings) * Document creation using Excel and Word * Telephone and customer service duties * Transporting Technical Intern Trainees and Skilled Workers * Occasional visits to union members outside the prefecture * Company car will be used for visits and transportation. (Scope of work changes) Duties as determined by the company

[Regarding visits to union members outside the prefecture] Destination: Basically within Kumamoto Prefecture, but also visits to Kagoshima, Oita, Tokushima, Hiroshima, Tokyo, and Gunma. For Tokushima and Hiroshima, use the Shinkansen and local trains. For Tokyo and Gunma, use airplanes and local trains or rental cars. Until accustomed, visits will be primarily within the prefecture.

[Regarding visits to union members outside the prefecture] *Visits within Kumamoto Prefecture will be the basic rule until you become accustomed to the role. Destinations: While Kumamoto Prefecture is the basic area, you will also visit Kagoshima/Oita (basic day trip), Tokushima/Hiroshima (1 night) using Shinkansen and local trains, and Tokyo/Gunma (1 night) using airplane and local trains or rental car.
