About the company
We dispatch home care workers to the homes of people with disabilities in Tokyo, primarily providing physical and daily living assistance as well as communication support. We also actively provide medical care.
As a new company, we offer flexibility and agility. We are particularly focused on providing care for people with severe disabilities and rare diseases, and we excel in providing medical care such as suctioning of phlegm, which has earned us many client requests.
"Making caregiving everyone's job."
We are a caregiving venture aiming to solve the social issue of caregiver shortages by changing our "approach" to caregiving work (e.g., promoting double jobs and part-time work).
We are looking to hire someone who will support the company's growth through recruitment activities as we aim for further business expansion and increase our focus on hiring.
You will be assigned tasks based on your skills and experience, and there is a team support system for anything you don't understand, so you can work with peace of mind.
Please utilize your areas of expertise!
After the trial period and once you become accustomed to the work, some remote work will be possible.
