Job description
In this position, you will be responsible for housekeeping.
Guest rooms are where customers spend the most time in a hotel.
You will work as a team to clean rooms, manage supplies, and deliver extra beds in preparation for new guests' arrivals within a limited time.
This is a job where you can feel a sense of accomplishment as your work is visible and takes shape.
We are looking for individuals who can work energetically while actively communicating with those around them.
We will provide guidance so that even inexperienced individuals of any age can step up step-by-step, so please do not worry.
* Depending on the time, you may be asked to support dishwashing in the restaurant.

About the company
We are primarily engaged in the production, operation, business succession, and consulting of hotels and ryokans nationwide. With the concept of "Finding the light. Polishing it, and delivering it.", we aim for regional revitalization.
Operate attractive facilities nationwide, including our directly managed facility "Setouchi Retreat Aona" (Ehime Prefecture), designed and built by world-renowned architect Tadao Ando. We also have a qualification acquisition incentive program, and our employee support system is fully in place.
We opened a small luxury hotel, "Goto Retreat RAY," (https://goto-/) in Goto City, Nagasaki Prefecture in the summer of 2022. The hotel, with the concept of incorporating the scenery of the sea and sky into the building, was designed by Yukio Hashimoto, whose representative works include The Peninsula Tokyo (Hibiya). We contribute to regional revitalization by disseminating various histories and attractions of Goto, such as island ingredients, nature, and Christian church culture, both domestically and internationally.
