Job description
* General caregiving duties at a special nursing home for 100 residents.
* Beginners welcome. We will provide thorough training.
* Certified as a "Fukuoka Prefecture Easy-to-Work-In Care Workplace"
*Night shifts are staffed by a team of 5. Approximately 4 late-night and 4 overnight shifts per month.
You will start with day shifts and move to night shifts once you are familiar with the work. Please consult with us regarding the number of night shifts.
This is an important job that ensures residents can spend their days safely and with smiles.
Caregivers are the ones who interact most closely with the residents. We believe that communication is also important in order to realize the wishes and desires of the residents.
