Job description
Work includes installing and repairing fixtures (toilets, sinks, etc.) in general housing, apartments, and commercial properties within the prefecture, as well as renovation work, and general water and sewage system construction.
We will provide support for necessary qualifications.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, etc.: Must have 3+ years of experience in housing equipment installation. (Consultation is possible for those with less than 3 years of experience.)
License/Certification Name: 8-ton limited Class 2 Medium Vehicle License (Required), Class 2 Medium Vehicle License (Preferred), Regular Motor Vehicle License (Required, AT-limited not accepted)
