About the company
Operates 4 sushi restaurants committed to using only natural seafood. Planning to open a French restaurant in Tokyo in 2026. The long-established main restaurant "Arasoitei" in Fukui Prefecture is scheduled to reopen with a completely new building in November 2028.
Established long-established inn founded at the end of the Edo period expanding to Tokyo and Osaka as a sushi restaurant. Annual sales ¥1.4 billion. Aiming to become a ¥10 billion company, we plan to open a new main inn building and expand our restaurant business. We aim to create a workplace where it is easy to work.
We are hiring for a late-night shift at a 24-hour sushi restaurant located inside Haneda Airport Terminal 3. Approximately 70% of our customers are foreign nationals. As we operate within a facility in an international terminal, customer traffic drastically decreases from midnight until early morning.
We offer 9 days off, but days following a night shift are counted as workdays, resulting in 17-18 actual working days.
Late-night shifts can be demanding, so we have arranged our work system to be manageable, taking this into consideration.
We encourage you to apply.
Other info (from job posting)
We are looking for individuals for whom night shifts are more convenient due to personal circumstances.
We promise to limit the number of working days and ensure no overtime, as night shifts are demanding.
Bonuses are paid 3 times a year, and business performance is strong.
Please contact us first.
We look forward to hearing from you.
In that case, we will discuss the employment conditions.
