Work involves responding to inquiries from families and care managers.
After understanding the user's situation and physical condition, you will visit their home or hospital for further detailed interviews.
Based on this information, you will hold meetings with other lifestyle support staff, care staff, and nursing staff to prepare for the user's arrival in optimal condition.
The workday begins with transportation duties, starting with picking up users for the day.
At the day service, staff from various professions such as caregiving, nursing, and functional training cooperate and support each other.

Established in 2015 (Heisei 27). This is a complex care facility combining a unit-type special nursing home for the elderly, unit-type short-stay, day service, dementia day service, and small-scale multi-function care.
