Job description
For Indonesian Technical Intern Trainees and Specified Skilled Workers, provide explanations and guidance on Japanese laws, rules, manners, etc., for work and daily life. This includes visiting workplaces for interviews, assisting with administrative procedures, accompanying them to hospitals, etc. This job involves supporting Indonesians to live smoothly in Japan. Also respond to instructions and requests from the affiliated company.

Required experience, knowledge, skills, etc. (preferred): Experience instructing Indonesian nationals at a supervising organization or registered support organization.
License/Certification Name: Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 2 (preferred)

We provide various services for foreign workers and accepting companies.
Our company manages and guides foreign technical intern trainees and Specified Skilled Workers. We currently have approximately 150 Indonesian technical intern trainees, and an additional 50 will newly enter Japan by 2026.
We currently have one Indonesian interpreter, but we will be increasing staff as the number of trainees to be supervised grows.
As fellow Indonesians, we are recruiting someone who can empathize with and support them so that they can work with motivation and lead fulfilling lives in Japan.
There are 9 people working together in our department. While there are strict aspects to the job as we strongly emphasize legal compliance, outside of work, the atmosphere is familial and harmonious.
