About the company
Opsys supports each individual's "work." We are a support organization for Specified Skilled Worker. On behalf of companies, we match suitable foreign human resources and provide employment and living support.
Our job is to support both foreign personnel working in Japan and the companies that accept them.
Currently, we operate with a small team of 2 administrative staff and 2 sales staff.
It is an environment where each person has a large scope of discretion and can think for themselves and proceed with their work.
At our company, we value reflecting one's approach to work and results in their income, not just age or years of service.
In addition to base salary, we provide monthly incentives based on performance, etc.
