Job description
Our company is primarily engaged in "metal can manufacturing," processing metals such as iron and stainless steel to produce parts of building frameworks like furring channels and braces. In this role, you will be responsible for metal can manufacturing processes using equipment such as gas welding machines, for materials ranging from 3.2 to 40 mm/m. Our products are not mass-produced standard items; a large proportion are custom-made to order for each client and building. Therefore, the ability to accurately read blueprints and apply them to your work for each product is essential. We actively train individuals with no prior experience, but we also welcome those with experience in welding or the ability to take measurements, as it is necessary to understand the work content by looking at production drawings. You will be exclusively engaged in metal can and welding work, and will rarely be asked to perform other duties. Therefore, we encourage applications from those who wish to specialize in welding and utilize their skills and qualifications. *Scope of change: No change

About the company
Architectural metalwork, tank/sheet metal fabrication
In addition to the "Waki Head Office Plant" and "Nakayama Plant," there are also the "Nishiwaki Ehime Plant" in Ehime Prefecture and the "Nishiwaki Miki Plant" in Hyogo Prefecture.
For this position, you will need to be able to read blueprints, but it is not a job that requires extremely high skill in welding itself, and you can proceed smoothly with the work after about 1 year of experience. Our company often manufactures products such as furring strips and braces for buildings. Unlike steel frames, it does not require precision and is rarely inspected, so even inexperienced individuals can smoothly acquire the skills, so please rest assured.
