This is a job that supports the flow of the manufacturing site by safely transporting large steel plates with cranes. At the JFE Kurashiki plant worksite, you will operate a magnet crane and transport shipbuilding steel plates to designated locations. A Crane & Derrick Operator's license is required for the work. Applicants who do not possess a Crane & Derrick Operator's license at the time of application will be required to obtain one by the time of their start date after the selection process. *3-month training period available "Scope of change: Duties determined by the company"

About the company
Processing of steel materials for shipbuilding. Centered on cutting steel plates with a plasma cutting machine, we also perform transport of steel materials by crane/derrick, shot blasting, and bending work.
A stable job within the JFE Kurashiki complex. Even for beginners, senior employees will instruct on work procedures and safety rules, and the company will support the acquisition of necessary qualifications.
This job is perfect for those who want to acquire a trade or be involved in manufacturing. After joining the company, you will learn safety rules and crane operation step by step. The crane you are in charge of will change daily, but employees who started with no experience are also active. Because it is a small workplace, it is an environment where you can easily discuss both work and private matters. Annual holidays are 120 days.
