About the company
Architectural metalwork, tank/sheet metal fabrication
In addition to the "Waki Head Office Plant" and "Nakayama Plant," there are also the "Nishiwaki Ehime Plant" in Ehime Prefecture and the "Nishiwaki Miki Plant" in Hyogo Prefecture.
In this position, you will support the manufacturing site as a behind-the-scenes role in production, inputting data for NC machines into a format. You will be involved in manufacturing operations more deeply than general administrative work, while interacting with manufacturing staff. While the data input requires a certain level of knowledge about machinery, products, and manufacturing, as well as accuracy, it is a job that allows you to share the feeling of being a member of a manufacturing team and experience great fulfillment. ◆Our products are often installed in the latter half of on-site construction, and if other companies' construction is delayed in the preceding stage, the delivery time from order to shipment may be short. Therefore, factory administrative staff also play a role in smoothly advancing the overall in-house manufacturing process by accurately managing the production schedule through tasks such as identifying processes, enabling manufacturing staff to grasp overtime work in advance. ◆New employees will receive instruction as needed from the current three administrative staff members, the president, or the senior managing director, and will gradually learn the tasks at our company. We will also provide thorough instruction to those who have experience in general administration and no knowledge of factories, so please apply with peace of mind. ◆We also accept applications from individuals aged 60 and over for this position. (Employment conditions will be discussed separately.) ◆Many employees commute from Wakimachi, as well as Akaiwa City, Okayama City, Mimasaka City, and other areas. Commuting is relatively smooth with few congested routes. ◆Uniforms (work clothes) are provided twice a year, one set each time.
