Job description
サービス提供責任者が作成した訪問介護計画書をもとに決め られた内容と時間でサービス提供するお仕事です。
- 在宅での生活を支えるために必要な生活支援 （調理・洗濯・生活必需品の買い物、掃除等）
- 身体介護（食事介助・入浴の介助・排泄介助等）になります。 訪問エリアは就業場所から概ね片道１０～１５分範囲です。 まずは先輩スタッフと同行して、仕事に慣れていただきます。 丁寧に指導しますのでご安心ください。
- ご自分の車またはバイク、自転車で訪問して頂きます
- 就業場所への出勤は、月３回程度のタイムカード提出と 月１回程度のミーティング等です。 変更範囲：変更なし

License / Qualifications: Care Worker Initial Training Course Completion (Required) Home Helper Grade 2 (Required) Either qualification is acceptable. Ordinary auto driver's license (Preferable) (AT automatic transmission only acceptable)
