Job description
人事課にて「人」に関わる業務全般をお任せします。これまでのご 経験を活かし、当法人の組織づくりを牽引していただくポジション です。
- 採用・育成：新卒・中途・外国人・派遣の採用活動全般。法人全 体の研修設計・運営、各種実習の受け入れ対応。
- 人事・配置：各部署の管理者と連携した人事異動の調整・提言。
- 制度・処遇：職員の処遇改善に関する検討、賃金改定業務、賞与 計算・支給業務（処遇改善対応を含む）。 現場と経営の橋渡し役として、働きやすい環境づくりに貢献してい ただきます。社用車にて外出用務あり。 業務の変更範囲：事業所の定める業務
