Job description
We will guide expatriates newly assigned to Japan and their families to high-end rental properties (primarily in Tokyo)!
- Information management for our company’s property search website
- Property research based on desired conditions
- Property introductions and contract support in English and Japanese (e.g., accompanying and scheduling viewings)
- Coordination until the lease agreement is concluded
- Creation of important matters explanation documents in English
- Move-in and move-out procedures, etc.
This is a support role based on internal requests, with no new sales involved ◎
It is a job with a good balance between fieldwork and office work!
