a. Work hours can be adjusted to accommodate drop-off/pick-up times at childcare facilities, etc., or nursing care schedules (including overtime)
Available time range: 11:00–22:00
b. Leave of one day or hourly units can be taken when a child suddenly falls ill, for childcare facility / school events, or for nursing care medical appointments / visits to nursing care facilities (including cases where shifts are adjusted for the day off)
