General administrative duties for factory operations management
Production and process control for frozen foods
Inspection and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
Process improvement and hygiene management of workplaces and manufacturing equipment
In case of complaints, identification of causes, development of countermeasures, and improvement measures

Required experience, knowledge, skills, etc. (preferred) Experience in food manufacturing plants and frozen food production preferred. Graduates of food-related departments. Possession of a Japanese driver's license preferred.
2nd Class Bread Manufacturing Technician certification preferred, other food manufacturing related certifications preferred. Regular driver's license required (AT limited OK).

We operate 9 Korean restaurants around Shin-Okubo in Shinjuku Ward. In addition, we operate "Jonno" brand cheese dog (hatto-gu) stores and are further expanding.
Among our company's products, the Johnno Hot Dog is supported by customers of a wide range of ages, not just young people, and its sales are increasing every year. We are responding to customer requests while expanding the number of stores handling it and increasing production capacity.
Our company was established in Japan in 1997 and directly operates Korean cuisine specialty restaurants and wholesale delivery at approximately 30 locations nationwide. We are also promoting franchise joining businesses for major Korean chains such as Nene Chicken, YOGURT PURPLE, and HANAM Pork House, and further expanding our own unique brand, Jongno Yatai Mura, to approximately 100 franchise stores across Japan. Our main business is the production and import/export sales of Korean (frozen) food products under our corporate brand "Jongno." The food factory we operate has obtained HACCP certification, and we deliver products produced through a strict hygiene standard system, exclusively our representative brand "Jongno" frozen and refrigerated foods, to leading Japanese food manufacturers, frozen sections of various supermarkets and department stores nationwide, and various online shops. Our frozen products produced in Japan have received high praise from Japanese customers and product buyers.
