About the company
We are developing a business to monetize real estate for property owners troubled by vacant homes. Currently in Kyoto City, we are operating 23 share houses and 6 guesthouses that have been transformed from vacant properties.
We provide a one-stop service from property planning to attracting customers and operations management. Users can enjoy international exchange regardless of whether they are domestic or overseas, and a co-working space is also provided within the property so that people can work there.
The work we would like to entrust to you is as an operations management staff member for the share houses and guesthouses located throughout Kyoto City. The residents include people who have come from all over the world, as well as Japanese people who work freely without being tied to a specific location. We are looking for people who are interested in holding events across multiple share houses and connecting residents with local community members, people who are interested in activating the community while communicating with residents, and people who are interested in living in Kyoto—a city with a long history and unique culture. Senior employees will support you from scratch, so even those without experience can feel at ease. We look forward to receiving your application.
