Job description
We dispatch engineers to construction sites, and you will be in charge of accounting at our company.
Expense reimbursement, bank transfers, international remittances / petty cash withdrawals (may involve external duties) / receiving and making payments to/from overseas (ok to do with translation) / liaison work such as preparing and confirming documents for submission to tax accountants
*Journal entries, tax returns, etc., are currently outsourced to a tax accountant.
We are considering bringing accounting operations in-house in the future, and we expect you to be a core member in that endeavor. This is a rewarding position where you can go beyond routine work, support the company's growth from the back office, and be involved in creating systems.

About the company
Our company undertakes contracted work for tunnel sites primarily with foreign workers, and dispatches personnel for measurement and construction management operations on tunnel sites by educating foreign engineers.
This is a very young company in its second year of establishment, with an average age of 34. We aim to be a company that contributes to the labor shortage problem in the construction industry by educating foreigners in technology and Japanese while cooperating and challenging ourselves as a whole team.

We are looking for a [Core Accounting Member] to build the company together with us as we strengthen our organizational foundation.
Currently, our main tasks include daily expense reimbursements and bank transfer operations, but we plan to bring our accounting functions in-house (internalize) in the future.
We want you to be at the center of this effort and to be involved in building the back-office systems from scratch.
