Job description
You will be responsible for consulting sales, proposing human resource utilization for countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia, and Mongolia to companies considering accepting Technical Intern Trainees and Specified Skilled Workers.
You will also visit companies inside and outside the prefecture that accept Technical Intern Trainees and Specified Skilled Workers, and engage in consultation, guidance for trainees, document checks, etc.

◯ Support for "Specified Skilled Worker" as a Designated Support Organization
With the implementation of the "Specified Skilled Worker" status of residence, it has become possible to accept new foreign personnel in industrial fields facing severe labor shortages. As a designated support organization, we are required to register in order to create and apply support plans, and to ensure the stable and smooth implementation of activities for "Specified Skilled Workers" on behalf of companies accepting foreign personnel.
〇 We can make a wide range of proposals, such as introducing foreign nationals residing in Japan, not just overseas trainees.
〇 It is possible to acquire management skills in an environment with discretion.
