Job description
We provide solution-oriented sales to corporate clients to smoothly solve their recruitment issues, and propose jobs to job seekers and provide support after employment. As a matching professional, we respond to needs and become a bridge connecting 「companies」 and 「people」.
- Sales to companies - New business development for companies, existing company visits, interviews to understand recruitment issues and desired personnel - Introduce staff and arrange site visits
- In some cases, we propose optimal solutions including not only dispatch but also referral personnel, foreign workers, recruitment systems, etc.
- Coordination for dispatched staff - Introduce desired jobs - Accompany workplace tours, contract execution, regular follow-up (contact and visits) 「Scope of change: Work as determined by the company」
