Job description
保育士または児童指導員として、障害児通所支援事業所「プラトン 沼津」に勤務していただきます。子どもの成長や発達度合いに応じ て、療育に携わっていただきます。当社事業所で質の高い療育に向 けてスタッフ同士で連携しながら、支援・指導、ご家族との面談、 学校や自治体等関連機関との連絡調整業務に携わっていただきます 。 当社では、利用者のスキル評価シートを用いて、一人一人のスキル や特性をしっかりと把握。利用者本人やご家族のニーズに合わせ て、個別支援を提供します。 また、外部企業と提携して、従業員のスキルアップや知識獲得に役 立つ研修制度もご用意しております。
