You will be responsible for machine operation of laser processing machines, welding, and bending, as well as layout work for CAD/CAM, in a factory equipped with air conditioning and heating.

Precision sheet metal processing. Mainly manufacturing stainless steel sheet metal parts such as components for industrial scales.

We are a stable company with over 110 years of history. The company bears the examination fee for qualifications. After acquiring qualifications, we provide award money of 30,000 to 150,000 yen. 7 first-grade sheet metal craftspeople are active in Shiga Prefecture, which is a rare achievement. There are also systems in place for skill development. External training, in-house training, and correspondence education costs are fully covered by the company.
