We are looking for site workers to perform general civil engineering construction work!
We need your life experience to guide the foreign nationals currently employed on-site regarding their mindset and manners for working.
*Please be assured that Japanese is the common language for foreign nationals as well.
〇You will work as part of a team of 3 to 5 people at each site.

About the company
Construction of new, establishment of new, renovation, and repair work for large-scale facilities, dams, bridges, etc., in the scaffolding and civil engineering business (scaffolding erection work (assembly/installation/dismantling) / concrete placement / material transport / snow removal/disposal work, etc.)
We have staff ranging from their teens to their sixties, all actively engaged in their respective roles where they best fit across a wide range of duties. It is a global workplace where colleagues from 15 countries, including Japanese nationals, help each other.

Since our establishment in 1986, we have been a specialized contractor in scaffolding and earthwork, playing a part in various construction projects throughout Hokkaido.
Our main services include the assembly and dismantling of temporary scaffolding, as well as minor tasks such as site cleanup and cleaning. Therefore, we have a supportive environment where even those who are concerned about heavy labor or working at heights can thrive.
Our employees range in age from their teens to their sixties, with veteran employees in their 40s and beyond supporting the growth of younger employees with their extensive experience.
Furthermore, since hiring two foreign technical interns in 2016, we now have 17 nationalities, including Japanese, working together and supporting each other across language and cultural barriers. We also actively engage in initiatives to make the construction industry more accessible and enrich the future of children by providing opportunities for exchange with foreign workers and conducting career talks and work experience programs for nearby elementary and junior high schools.
