Job description
You will be in charge of general school administrative work at a Japanese language school (a school designated by the Minister of Justice). *Workload will be adjusted according to experience and ability. *Replacement staff for leave (Main duties) 1. Reception (telephone/visitor inquiries, student support, schedule management, etc.) 2. International student support (accompanying to hospital, accident handling, trouble resolution, etc.) 3. Academic affairs (teaching material creation support, library organization, document filing, etc.) 4. Other (cleaning, general affairs, miscellaneous tasks, refueling vehicles, purchasing supplies, dormitory preparation, etc.) In addition to the above, you may be asked to assist with related administrative office tasks such as student life guidance, immigration and residency procedures, foreign language support, student recruitment, and accounting. Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test (preferred) Completion of Japanese Language Teacher Training Course (420 hours) (preferred) TOEIC (730 points~) (preferred) Registered Japanese Language Teacher (preferred) Possession of any of the above qualifications is acceptable. Valid driver's license required (AT-exclusive license acceptable)

This is a new school opening in October 2023. It is the first Japanese language school in the southern Kyoto Prefecture area, located close to Osaka Prefecture.
