About the company
Variable resistor manufacturing and sales
We are growing our performance with the industry's top share in the manufacturing and sales of small-volume products.
Tsubame Musen Co., Ltd., with a history of over 90 years since its founding, is a specialized manufacturer that handles electronic components, including variable resistors, from raw materials to finished products. In addition to processing in-house, we supply materials procured in Japan to our factories in Vietnam, supporting the medical and industrial equipment fields under a global production system. As a manufacturer of small, lightweight, and high-performance electronic components, we have business dealings with major companies. The Material Procurement position we are currently recruiting for offers the interesting and rewarding opportunity to oversee the entire manufacturing process by consistently managing everything from coordination with domestic suppliers (primarily in Gunma) to export and supply management to overseas factories. If you enjoy communicating with people, you can work at your own pace. You will receive a gift from the company in your birthday month. Because we are a small company with not many employees, everyone works together in a close-knit and cooperative manner. We sincerely welcome those who have a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude!
