About the company
Mainly in Tokyo and Kanagawa, we provide food services at paid senior care facilities, school lunch services at nurseries and general food services. We also handle catering and party-style services centered on events.
We prioritize safety, security, and enjoyment, making sure to provide visually appealing and delicious high-quality meals. We work on providing individualized and careful responses. We are expanding new business locations.
We are contracted by major elderly care facilities and social welfare corporations. Our motto is not merely providing meals, but presenting them beautifully and deliciously, and we operate across Kanagawa Prefecture and the Tokyo metropolitan area. From restaurant-style meals to terminal care meals, we are by the side of residents for every meal, including the very last meal of their lives. Recently, many residents with more severe conditions have been moving in, but caring for them is a great learning experience — as if caring for our own parents or thinking ahead to our own aging. We have open and frank discussions with each facility about what we can and cannot do, and we walk alongside them as partners, not merely as vendors. We believe this is a job where we can contribute steadily over the long term, and we are a meal service department that is truly appreciated. Our oldest employee, at 77 years old, is still working energetically. Many employees aged 70 and above have their contracts renewed every 3 months following a health check interview, as long as they are in good health. Younger employees are actively encouraged to take childcare leave, and office work has also been introduced on a remote-work basis.
