Job description
１階に小規模多機能、２階にショートステイがあります。 ご利用者それぞれに異なる自立の目標を達成するために、 介護計画に沿って必要とされているサポートをおこないます。 身体介護・生活介護はもちろん介護職員の仕事ですが、 隣りに座ってお話したり一緒におやつを食べることも、 介護職員にとって大切な仕事です。 日勤専属、夜勤専属の正社員のほか、パート採用も可能です。

Our company belongs to the Suncare Group, which develops care services centered in the Hokuriku region. This office opened in March of Reiwa 5. We aim to be a workplace where we can grow together with the facility.
