About the company
We dispatch home care workers to the homes of people with disabilities in Tokyo, primarily providing physical and daily living assistance as well as communication support. We also actively provide medical care.
As a new company, we offer flexibility and agility. We are particularly focused on providing care for people with severe disabilities and rare diseases, and we excel in providing medical care such as suctioning of phlegm, which has earned us many client requests.

This role involves half your time directly providing support and half managing care workers.

Depending on your experience, you will first work as a field staff member for a certain period to deepen your understanding of the job, and then be entrusted with a management role.
